Sister in the dark

I drew almost by hand, not computer. I was wondering if I added this pic as traditional art.
However I added the background by photoshop, so it shoud be digital art...maybe.
It's Starfire's sister from TT. I usually forget her name, just remember 'Black something'.(I think her name is Blackfire....) Memorising English name is hard for me. XD
When I added the sparkles on her hand, I thought 'Stop adding it, she's not Static!!' But I couldn't stop. I like adding sparkle.
As I still keep the inked picture before I added black color by a brush. I may color this picture with full color later.
